With the sad news of various festival cancellations, we have undertaken the quest to bring you
Armour and Alchemy!
 
This 2-day festival at Wirrina Cove Holiday Park  will fill all your medieval, dragon slaying, leather crafting and mead tasting needs!
 
Enter the world of yore for the first weekend of November-
Saturday 1st – Sunday 2nd of November
 
 
Relive the good old days when social media was the town crier and the only tweets you heard were from the birds in the trees!

Who are we?

We are a small group of dedicated medieval enthusiasts who have decided to run an event to fill a gap in this year's medieval calendar.

Re-enactors

We are so please to welcome the amazing Eastway Vikings  to our event. Their educational and authentic living history display creates the medieval atmosphere that we all love.

Our Scottish history buffs are setting up with a whole range of incredible crafts and displays - we welcome Madadh Fiadhaich

 Bringing all the arena entertainment anyone could wish for,  Warhounds are planning the fights to end all fights - at least until the next fair!

 

Are you a re-enactment group that would love to come along? Applications are still open.

Artisans

Artisans, those who hand craft and keep the old trades alive, are one of the main-stays of any medieval event. 

We are pleased to bring you the skills and talents of these incredible artisans. 

Count Laszlo with hand-made leather goods.

Schloss Toys with hand-crafted wooden toys, puzzles and collectables.

LHOH with their viking display of hand crafted leather made here in SA

Tartan Rose, bringing a range of timber and bone pieces along with an assortment of oddities.

The Outdoor Classroom, with beautiful handcrafted wooden accessories and blackmithed goods.

Food Trucks

Feeling peckish? We've got the best food and snacks for any medieval fair-goer.

Sword n Ox Spit Roast brings the ribs, wings and roast deliciousness.

Atomic Food have their van on site with burgers and rolls for all.

Taste of Paradise will delight with Nachos, Acai bowls, overnight oats and juices plus more.

Friwi Crepes bring their French crepes and savoury Galettes to keep us all rolling in gastronomic joy

Need coffee? We all need coffee! Say hi to Dan at the Cruzin Cafe He will make you the best coffee you've ever had!

And, arriving from interstate, we have an absolutely amazing Goulash van! 

General Stallholders

It wouldn't be a medieval fair if you couldn't take a piece of it home with you.

Firebear Armoury are a large collective of crafters and creators and have almost everything a medieval shopper might desire.

The Country Witches Cottage has a selection of herbs, oils and pagan wares.

Scott's Armoury brings Viking and Medieval wares such as horns, wooden weapons and accessories.

LaLuna Palace offers incense, minerals and hand-crafted jewellery.

The Crafty Dragon's Apothecary has a beautiful range of hand crafted plushies.

Dreagan's Den brings all the 3D printed dragons your heart could desire - plus more.
