Is there an accessible toilet?

Yes, we have booked an accessible port-a-loo for this event. Whilst there is a 2nd ambulant toilet in the caravan park toilet area, this is up steps and is not suited for wheels.

What's the phone reception like?

There is excellent reception on the Telstra network throughout the venue. Vodafone and Optus networks are not as clear.

Is there a quiet, undercover space?

There will be a marquee away from the main arena with tables and chairs, so those wanting to sit somewhere more quiet can have a breather.

Is there merch available on site?

Yes, there will be merchandise available for purchase at the Info tent on both days. All merch purchases support the costs associated with running the event.

Will there be vegetarian and vegan options?

Yes, our carefully selected food trucks provide a variety of good foods, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.

Can I take photos of the re-enactors and people in costumes?

It's always best to ask permission from individuals before snapping their photos - we promise they won't bite!

Can I wear a costume myself?

Yes! We love to see people getting into the spirit of the event by dressing up! We aren't picky - wear whatever you feel reflects a medieval mood - you could be a Viking, a witch, an elf, or a lady in waiting - or even a peasant!
